* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Southwestern Santa Cruz County in southeastern Arizona... * WHEN...Until 445 PM MST. * IMPACTS...Dangerous flows over low-water crossings. Some low-water crossings may become impassable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 250 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 0.3 and 0.8 inches of rain have fallen. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Nogales. This includes the following highways... Interstate 19 between mile markers 1 and 4. Route 82 between mile markers 1 and 2. This includes the following Flash Flood Prone Locations... Nogales Wash at Doe St Bridge. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
