* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Southwestern Imperial County in southeastern California... * WHEN...Until 830 PM PDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Dangerous flows over low-water crossings. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 707 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.75 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Mainly rural areas of Southwestern Imperial County. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
