* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Portions of Central Los Angeles County in southwestern California... * WHEN...Until 700 PM PDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 501 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Culver City, Beverly Hills, Hollywood, Inglewood, Downtown Los Angeles, Venice, Santa Monica, Hancock Park, West Hollywood, Century City, Hollywood Hills, Marina Del Rey, Baldwin Hills, Exposition Park, West Los Angeles, Westchester and Playa Del Rey. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
