* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Northeastern Orange County in southwestern California... * WHEN...Until 830 PM PDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 710 PM PDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.25 to 0.75 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Anaheim, Santa Ana, Irvine, Orange, Fullerton, Tustin and Yorba Linda. https://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
