* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...San Bernardino County in southern California... West Central Clark County in southern Nevada... * WHEN...Until 415 PM PDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 155 PM PDT, Radar estimated rainfall totals of 1 to 2 inches have fallen across the Sandy Valley area, with a Clark County Rain Gage reporting 1.20 inches of rain in the past 90 minutes. Low water crossings and area washes will remain flooded until the rain ends later this afternoon. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Sandy Valley and Mt.
