* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...San Bernardino County in southern California... * WHEN...Until 500 PM PDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. Some low-water crossings may become impassable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 328 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Onyx Summit, southwestern Johnson Valley and Rimrock. https://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
