Water and rocks over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 823 AM PDT, Doppler radar indicated moderate to locally heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Lake Arrowhead, Forest Falls, Mount San Gorgonio, southern Onyx Summit, I-15 Through The Cajon Pass, Big Bear Lake, Running Springs and Hwy 18 Between Running Springs And Big Bear. https://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
