* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Southeastern San Diego County in southwestern California... * WHEN...Until 200 AM PDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 1246 AM PDT, gauge reports indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.75 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.25 to 0.75 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Chula Vista, El Cajon, Vista, National City, La Mesa, Poway, Ramona, Alpine, Cuyamaca Rancho State Park and Mount Laguna. https://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
