* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A small portion of northeastern Santa Barbara County in southwestern California... * WHEN...Until 500 PM PDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rock slides and mud slides possible. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 235 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Rock slides and mud slides possible. Some locations that will experience flooding include...
