* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Southeastern Clear Creek County in central Colorado... West Central Jefferson County in central Colorado... * WHEN...Until 630 PM MDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Hazardous travel conditions with very heavy rain causing low visibility and water on roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 430 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This may cause small stream flooding. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen in under 30 minutes. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected over the area in the next hour as the storms move east over the Evergreen area. This additional rain could result in minor flooding. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Evergreen, Brookvale, Floyd Hill, Bergen Park, Blue Valley, Kittredge and Wah Keeney Park.
