* WHAT...Hydrologic flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...East Central Eagle County in west central Colorado, including Interstate 70... * WHEN...Until 745 PM MDT. * IMPACTS...Water over roadways. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 451 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is already occurring in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 0.8 inches of rain have fallen. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Avon, Vail, Minturn, Edwards, Eagle-Vail and Dowd. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
