* WHAT...Mudslide and flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Southeastern Garfield County in west central Colorado, between Carbondale and Glenwood Springs, along Highway 82... * WHEN...Until 630 PM MDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying, poor drainage areas and water over roadways expected. Highway 82 is susceptible to rockfalls and mudslides in heavy rainfall. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 424 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.3 and 0.8 inches of rain have fallen. Some locations that will experience flooding include...
