* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...South Central Larimer County in north central Colorado... * WHEN...Until 615 PM MDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams and normally dry creeks. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 408 PM MDT, Thunderstorms are ongoing in the area, with moderate to heavy rainfall at times. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Estes Park.
