* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Southeastern Lincoln County in east central Colorado... * WHEN...Until 1130 PM MDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 826 PM MDT, the public reported flooding in the advisory area due to thunderstorms earlier. Minor flooding is already occurring. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain fell earlier. This includes the following streams and drainages... Coon Creek, Rush Creek, Big Sandy Creek and Folger Gulch. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Boyero.
