* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Southwestern Lincoln County in east central Colorado... * WHEN...Until 800 PM MDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams and normally dry creeks. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 534 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms remain in the area. Minor flooding is ongoing in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Forder, Karval and Wild Horse Point.
