* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Southwestern Logan County in northeastern Colorado... Central Morgan County in northeastern Colorado... North Central Washington County in northeastern Colorado... * WHEN...Until 945 PM MDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 645 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. This includes the following streams and drainages... Beaver Creek, Pawnee Creek, Bijou Creek, Wildcat Creek, Badger Creek, Kiowa Creek. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Fort Morgan, Brush, Wiggins, Log Lane Village, Merino, Hillrose, Snyder, Prewitt Reservoir, Fort Morgan Airport, Union and Messex.
