* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Grand Junction... * WHEN...Until 545 PM MDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 343 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 0.4 and 0.7 inches of rain have fallen. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Grand Junction and Redlands. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
