* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Northwestern Mesa County in west central Colorado... * WHEN...Until 530 PM MDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 231 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 0.4 and 0.7 inches of rain have fallen or are expected to fall shortly. Some locations that will experience flooding include...
