Arkansas River NEAR Arkansas R near Avondale affecting Pueblo County. ...The Flood Advisory continues for the following rivers in Colorado... St. Charles River At St Charles R at Vineland affecting Pueblo County. For the Lower Arkansas River...including Arkansas R near Avondale... elevated river levels are forecast. For the Saint Charles River...including St Charles R at Vineland... elevated river levels are forecast. * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive runoff from the Aspen Acres burn scar continues. * WHERE...St. Charles River at St Charles R at Vineland. * WHEN...Until late tonight. * IMPACTS...At 10.0 feet, Overbank flow occurs in low spots. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 12:45 AM MDT Monday the stage was 10.7 feet. Bankfull stage is 4.5 feet. Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 2.4 feet early Saturday morning. Action stage is 10.0 feet.
