* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Bay County in the panhandle of Florida... Southwestern Calhoun County in the panhandle of Florida... Northwestern Gulf County in the panhandle of Florida... Walton County in the panhandle of Florida... Southern Washington County in the panhandle of Florida... * WHEN...Until 745 PM EDT /645 PM CDT/. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 452 PM EDT /352 PM CDT/, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall with 2 to 3 inch per hour rainfall rates could lead to more flooding developing in additional areas through the next hour or two.
