Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding. Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads. Please report observed flooding to local emergency services or law enforcement and request they pass this information to the National Weather Service when you can do so safely.

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Central Bay County in the panhandle of Florida... Southeastern Walton County in the panhandle of Florida... Southwestern Washington County in the panhandle of Florida... * WHEN...Until 645 AM CST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 459 AM CST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Panama City, Lynn Haven, Callaway, Springfield, Hiland Park, Live Oak, Parker, Ebro, Riverside, Red Head, Greenhead, Vicksburg, Holmes Valley, Southport, Millers Ferry, Recota Beach, Bayhead, Bruce and Brannonville. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
