* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of Panhandle Florida, including the following counties, Calhoun and Jackson. * WHEN...Until 945 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 741 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Marianna, Blountstown, Cottondale, Grand Ridge, Greenwood, Altha, Simsville, Star, Union City, Sink Creek, Blue Spring, Alliance, Cypress, Chipola Terrace, Marianna Municipal A/P, White Pond, Willis, Kynesville, Chason and Camps Head. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
