* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Northeastern Clay County in northeastern Florida... Southeastern Duval County in northeastern Florida... Northwestern St. Johns County in northeastern Florida... * WHEN...Until 515 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 342 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Jacksonville, Orange Park, Green Cove Springs, Mandarin, Unf, Fruit Cove, Arlington, Ponte Vedra Beach, Jacksonville Beach and Atlantic Beach. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
