* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Central Escambia County in northwestern Florida... West Central Santa Rosa County in northwestern Florida... * WHEN...Until 645 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 343 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Ferry Pass, Brent, Ensley, Gonzalez, Pace, Floridatown, Pea Ridge, Olive, Mulat, Cottage Hill, Harp, Quintette, Cantonment and Galt City. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
