* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Portions of Florida, including the following counties, Gadsden and Jackson and southwest Georgia, including the following counties, Decatur and Seminole. * WHEN...Until 200 PM EDT /100 PM CDT/. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 1201 PM EDT /1101 AM CDT/, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 3 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. 2 to 3 inch per hour rainfall rates and ongoing thunderstorms will lead additional rainfall. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Tallahassee, Quincy, Havana, Greensboro, Chattahoochee, Sneads, Gretna, Mount Pleasant, Hardaway, Faceville, Recovery, Douglas City, Rosedale, Sawdust, Jinks, Quincy Airport, Santa Clara, Hardin Heights, River Junction and Dogtown. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
