* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Southwestern Hernando County in west central Florida... Western Pasco County in west central Florida... Northern Pinellas County in west central Florida... * WHEN...Until 130 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 1218 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Spring Hill, New Port Richey, Hudson, Holiday, Jasmine Estates, New Port Richey East, Beacon Square, East Lake, Bayonet Point, Elfers, Trinity and Shady Hills. https://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
