* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Southeastern Lake County in east central Florida... Southwestern Orange County in east central Florida... Northwestern Osceola County in east central Florida... South Central Seminole County in east central Florida... * WHEN...Until 800 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 606 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Orlando, Kissimmee, Winter Park, Casselberry, Maitland, Wedgefield, Windermere, Bay Lake, Oak Ridge, Conway, Orlando International Airport, Buena Ventura Lakes, College Park, Azalea Park, Celebration, Goldenrod, Intercession City and Avalon Park. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
