Southeastern Santa Rosa County in northwestern Florida... * WHEN...Until 815 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 507 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Wright, Fort Walton Beach, Milton, Mary Esther, Bagdad, Ocean City, Navarre, Shalimar, Cinco Bayou, Navarre Beach, Harper, Wynnehaven Beach, Holley, Broxson, Pine Bluff, Ward Basin and Longwood. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
