* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Central Orange County in east central Florida... Eastern Seminole County in east central Florida... South Central Volusia County in east central Florida... * WHEN...Until 730 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 533 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 2 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Deltona, Sanford, Oviedo, Winter Springs, Orange City, Lake Helen, Geneva, Lake Jesup, Chuluota, University Of Central Florida, Bithlo, Osteen, Union Park, Mullet Lake Park, Sanford Airport, Lake Harney, Farmton, Enterprise and Cassadaga. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
