* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Central St. Johns County in northeastern Florida... * WHEN...Until 630 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 455 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Saint Augustine, Ponte Vedra Beach, Saint Augustine Beach, Vilano Beach, South Ponte Vedra, Saint Augustine South, Guana River State Park, Saint Augustine Shores, Butler Beach and Sawgrass. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
