* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Northwestern Appling County in southeastern Georgia... Northwestern Bacon County in southeastern Georgia... Eastern Jeff Davis County in southeastern Georgia... * WHEN...Until 445 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 313 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Baxley, Alma, Graham, Plant Hatch and Pine Grove. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
