* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Bulloch County in southeastern Georgia... Candler County in southeastern Georgia... Jenkins County in southeastern Georgia... Screven County in southeastern Georgia... * WHEN...Until 245 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 109 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated showers and thunderstorms with torrential rainfall extending from Perkins and Millen south to Portal, Metter and Pulaski. As much as 1 to 2.5 inches of rain have fallen in this area today and another 1 to 2 inches could fall through 245 PM, resulting in minor flooding of low-lying and poor drainage areas. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Metter, Millen, Butts, Portal, Pulaski, Rocky Ford, Scarboro, Emmalane, Perkins and Union.
