* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Central Colquitt County in south central Georgia... Southwestern Cook County in south central Georgia... * WHEN...Until 1000 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Overflowing poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 722 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Moultrie, Riverside, Schley, Funston, Ellenton, Pineboro, Spence Airport, South Moultrie, Cool Spring and Reed Bingham State Park. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
