* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Southern Guam... * WHEN...Until 215 PM ChST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 1219 PM ChST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated moderate rain over saturated soils. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Chalan Pago-Ordot, Yona, Talofofo, Inarajan, Asan, Merizo, Piti, Santa Rita and Umatac. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
