* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Northeastern Guam... * WHEN...Until 700 AM ChST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 554 AM ChST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. This is causing urban and small stream flooding. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Tumon, Dededo, Tamuning, Yigo, Mangilao, Chalan Pago-Ordot, Barrigada, Hagatna Heights, Mongmong-Toto-Maite and Sinajana. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
