* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Guam... * WHEN...Until 700 AM ChST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. Rises in small streams. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 509 AM ChST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to heavy showers. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Dededo, Tamuning, Yigo, Mangilao, Chalan Pago-Ordot, Barrigada, Yona, Hagatna Heights, Andersen AFB, Talofofo, Mongmong-Toto-Maite, Sinajana, Inarajan, Asan, Merizo, Piti, Santa Rita and Umatac. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
