* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Entirety of Guam... * WHEN...Until 745 PM ChST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 646 PM ChST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.4 to 0.6 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Dededo, Tamuning, Yigo, Mangilao, Chalan Pago-Ordot, Barrigada, Yona, Hagatna Heights, Andersen AFB, Talofofo, Mongmong-Toto-Maite, Sinajana, Inarajan, Asan, Merizo, Piti, Santa Rita and Umatac. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
