* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Southern Guam... * WHEN...Until 300 AM ChST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways possible. Some low-water crossings may become impassable. Rises in small streams. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 1232 AM ChST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Tamuning, Mangilao, Chalan Pago-Ordot, Barrigada, Yona, Hagatna Heights, Talofofo, Mongmong-Toto-Maite, Sinajana, Inarajan, Asan, Merizo, Piti, Santa Rita and Umatac. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
