* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...The island of Maui in Maui County... * WHEN...Until 130 PM HST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding on roads, poor drainage areas, and in streams. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 1005 AM HST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain over the island of Maui. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Rain was falling at a rate of 0.5 to 1 inch per hour. The heaviest rain was occurring over windward and southeast slopes of Mount Haleakala. Some locations that will experience flooding include...
