* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...The island of Oahu in Honolulu County... * WHEN...Until 1145 PM HST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding on roads, poor drainage areas, and in streams. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 851 PM HST, Doppler radar indicated moderate to locally heavy rain over the eastern half of Oahu. Rain was falling at a rate of up to 1.5 inches per hour with the heaviest rain around Manoa and Olomana. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Honolulu, Manoa, Maunawili, Palolo, Waimanalo, Kaneohe, Kailua, Kalihi, Hawaii Kai, Moanalua, Ahuimanu and Kaneohe Marine Base.
