* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...The island of Oahu in Honolulu County... * WHEN...Until 645 AM HST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding on roads, poor drainage areas, and in streams. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 349 AM HST, Doppler radar indicated moderate to locally heavy rain over Oahu with additional bands of heavy rain expected to move in over the next few hours. Rain was falling at a rate of up to 2 inches per hour. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Honolulu, Waipio, Pearl City, Mililani, Waikele, Aiea, Waipahu, Wheeler Field, Wahiawa, Kunia, Halawa and Waiahole.
