* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...The island of Oahu in Honolulu County... * WHEN...Until 415 AM HST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding on roads, poor drainage areas, and in streams. River or stream flows are elevated. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 213 AM HST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated a band of heavy rain over eastern Oahu will continue to move eastward into the Kaiwi Channel over the next hour. Rain was falling at a rate of up to 1 inches per hour. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Honolulu, Maunawili, Manoa, Palolo, Waimanalo, Kailua, Kaneohe, Hawaii Kai, Kalihi, Kaneohe Marine Base, Ahuimanu and Moanalua.
