* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...The island of Oahu in Honolulu County... * WHEN...Until 1015 PM HST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding on roads, poor drainage areas, and in streams. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 713 PM HST, Doppler radar indicated heavy scattered heavy showers over the Koolau Mountains and windward Oahu. The heaviest showers are falling at a rate of up to one inch per hour, mainly north of Kaneohe. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Waiahole, Waikane, Kahaluu, Ahuimanu, Kaaawa, Kaneohe, Punaluu, Kaneohe Marine Base, Hauula, Kalihi, Maunawili and Kailua.
