* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...North Central Lemhi County in east central Idaho... * WHEN...Until 500 PM MDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water and debris flows over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 303 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.3 and 0.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. Some locations that will experience flooding include... North Fork. https://www.weather.gov/mso/hydrology
