A portion of northeast Illinois, including the following counties, Cook, DuPage, Kane, Kendall and Will.

WHEN

Until 1100 AM CDT.

IMPACTS

River gauges indicate that many creeks in the Advisory Area are near bankfull due to overnight thunderstorms. In addition, there is likely standing water in ditches and other low-lying areas. Water is expected to slowly recede through the morning.
