Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Underpasses and low spots may remain flooded.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
At 119 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. The heaviest rainfall has already fallen, but an additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible over the area. Some locations that will experience flooding include...
