Grundy County in northeastern Illinois... Northern Kankakee County in northeastern Illinois... Southern Kendall County in northeastern Illinois... Will County in northeastern Illinois... * WHEN...Until 215 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. High water likely may recede slowly from flooded areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 1216 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated that rainfall was ending across the area. Some creeks may continue to rise or remain elevated for a few hours due to earlier heavy rainfall. Some locations that will experience flooding include...
