At 922 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms with rainfall rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour. Due to earlier heavy rainfall, street and yard flooding may begin shortly after the onset of rainfall. Some locations that may experience flooding include...
