Iroquois County in east central Illinois... Benton County in northwestern Indiana... Southern Jasper County in northwestern Indiana... Southern Newton County in northwestern Indiana... * WHEN...Until 600 AM CDT /700 AM EDT/. * IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Roads and streets may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 154 AM CDT /254 AM EDT/, Doppler radar indicated slow moving thunderstorms with rainfall rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour moving into the area. Minor flooding may begin shortly after the onset of heavy rainfall. Some locations that will experience flooding include...
