* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Eastern Madison County in southwestern Illinois... * WHEN...Until noon CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Overflowing poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 858 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Highland, St. Jacob, Worden, Marine, Livingston, Alhambra, Carpenter, Hamel, Pierron, Grantfork, New Douglas, Kaufman, Fruit and Kuhn.
